
This page provides you with all the information you need to use the new T4 and T5 bus routes which will replace the current No11 bus service from the 27th May 2025.

Please note: AtoB1102 is a voluntary community group working to improve local transport. We don’t set timetables or control providers or budgets, but we do campaign, represent local voices, and share updates when consultations happen or decisions are made. These services are managed by the Cambridge & Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA).
Route Information

Apps to use for Real Time Passenger Info
If you have a smartphone, you can use the following Apps to track your bus, manage your interchange etc. Download the apps and get information from the following links:
MyTrip App (for both A2B and Stagecoach information)
Stagecoach Bus App (for Stagecoach services only)
The A to B1102 Group is working with your Parish Councils to procure and install real-time passenger information at key interchange stops in our villages. This will take some months, but is work-in-progress.

T4 Service

Please note:
The order of stops on the Burwell Toyse Lane – Silver Street loop is not correct on the timetable – the bus will follow the same route as the existing No11 route and the stops will be in the same order. This error will be corrected by the CPCA Bus Team shortly.
The route currently shown on the map display for the T4 includes a diversion from Gt Wilbraham via the A11 and into Fulbourn – this is an emergency provision in case the current roadworks at Fulbourn are not completed (as planned) at the point the service commences. Once the roadworks are cleared, the route will leave Gt Wilbraham and go direct to Fulbourn.

T5 Service

Please note that the bus route in Swaffham Prior currently shows as going via Lower End and Rogers Road on the Soham bound leg . This is an error – it goes via Cage Hill and Mill Hill in both directions. The error will be corrected by the CPCA Bus Team shortly.
Interchange Information
The T4 and T5 services are designed to interchange at:
- Burwell Hall Lane
- Burwell Mandeville
- Swaffham Prior Cage Hill
- Swaffham Bulbeck Post Office Stores
- Lode Crossroads
Services between 6am and 9am and between 3pm and 7pm are designed with optimal interchange times to enable people to interchange between the T4 to T5 inbound (to Cambridge) and between the T5 to T4 outbound (from Cambridge).
Ticketing
Hopper Ticket
A “Hopper” ticket will be the purchase of a single ticket and can be interchangeable between the T4 and T5 routes for one trip only.
Stephensons Products already purchased
There will be a 4 week “grace” period starting on the 27th May allowing you to continue to use any Stephensons products (passess etc) already purchased.
Weekly Passes
The group is still awaiting information from the CPCA on how weekly passes will work, we will update this page soon as we receive it.
Accessing Supermarkets
We have understandably received a number of comments / complaints from people who used the No11 to get to the Tesco Newmarket store. We have continued to raise this issue with the CPCA. The T4 and T5 offer bus access to the following alternative supermarkets:

Feedback & Service Review
The CPCA have made a public committment to gather feedback on the new services in July 2025 with a view to reviewing all feedback and making any necessary changes BEFORE the new school / college term in September 2025. As soon as we have details on where you can send feedback, we will let you know.
